THE BUNDLED ARROWS PHILOSOPHY
The name “Bundled Arrows” reflects a Haudenosaunee teaching: one arrow breaks easily, but many arrows bound together are unbreakable. My approach brings together diverse voices, perspectives, and responsibilities to build stronger relationships, processes, and outcomes.
